Next year a joint Mongol-Russian enterprise will be built in Mongolia. It plans to meet a quarter of the Mongol flour market needs, the Aleix Impex Mongol-Russian company said. Russia is represented by a company from the bordering Altai Region, a traditional basic flour supplier to Mongolia.
The joint enterprise's monthly productive capacity is expected to be 20,000 tons of flour, 5,000 tons of pasta and 30,000 tons of fodder. The founders claim that their production will meet the international standard and force poor-quality flour out of the Mongol market.
