Registration of Bin Laden firm annulled in Kyrgyzstan

The Jalal-Abad town court (in the south of Kyrgyzstan) annulled the decision of the local justice department, registering a firm named Bin Laden. The firm trading automobile fuel was registered in September, 2002, on the first anniversary of the tragic events in New York and Washington. The local justice department did not notice any violations during the firm's registration.

The court appraised this decision as one violating the law on the names of firms, which forbids registration of names "contradicting the norms of moral, principles of humanism and interests of society."
