Moscow's Mayor: while Integrating into EU, Bulgaria Should Remember Historical Ties with Russia

As Yury Luzhkov, Moscow's Mayor said on Monday during his meeting with Bulgaria's President Georgy Pyrvanov, Moscow and Sofia should actively develop their cooperation in economic and military spheres.

Mr. Luzhkov that Bulgaria, while integrating into the European Union, should not forget about its historical ties with Russia. President Pyrvanov said Yury Luzhkov's visit was the first step on the way of developing 'principally new relations between the two countries'.
