US Intends to Introduce Economic Sanctions against Three Russian Companies Suspected of Aiding International Terrorists

The US intends to bring in economic sanctions against three Russian companies, which, according to Washington, are supplying military equipment to countries that sponsor international terrorism. According to the US Administration's official daily publication The Federal Register, the US government took this decision on Thursday.

Sanctions will be introduced against the Tula Design Bureau of Instrument Building, the State Scientific Production Enterprise Bazalt and Rostov Airframe Plant 168. They can no longer sign contracts with American partners and they will be refused licences to operate in the US.

The US Administration's journal also notes that 'The Government of the United States has come to the conclusion that the introduction of sanctions against the Government of Russia is not in the national interest of the United States'.
