US colonel says Zelensky may fall victim to Ukrainian nationalists

Ukrainian nationalists may pose a serious threat to President Volodymyr Zelensky, Colonel Douglas McGregor, a former adviser to the head of the Pentagon, said in an interview with the Judging Freedom YouTube channel.

The US colonel believes that the US authorities could order Zelensky to come to terms with reality and end the game. This may happen even if Zelensky strictly follows instructions from the White House, the colonel said, adding that Kyiv would have to cede some territories in case of negotiations with Russia.

By accepting those conditions, Zelensky may become a victim to radical nationalists, Colonel Douglas McGregor believes. According to him, that would be an obvious outcome.

Ukraine is on the verge of collapse as many Ukrainians decide to leave the country due to problems with heating and electricity supplies. This may in turn trigger another refugee crisis in the European Union, McGregor said.

Earlier, McGregor accused US President Joe Biden of unwillingness to speak the truth about the situation in Ukraine. According to him, Ukraine does not win and will never be able to win the special military operation.
