The current state of affairs seriously complicates the implementation of global initiatives such as limiting the price of Russian oil, the publication emphasizes.
According to the author of the material, there are several reasons for such restraint of the G20 countries. Among them are historical ties with Moscow, countries' fears for their economies, and mistrust of former colonial powers.
