US prepares for supersonic strikes by China and Russia

Local politicians said that Russia "is violating the agreements" and China is actively developing its own hypersonic weapons, so such US exercises are especially important.

According to the scenario of the maneuvers, Philadelphia, New York and Chicago were simultaneously hit by hypersonic missiles that allegedly spread unknown substances.

"As part of the three-day exercise, more than 400 military personnel and another 150 emergency personnel from the city, state and federal center worked out emergency rescue work in damaged buildings, providing subway communications and evacuating the wounded," the Military Times reported.
