Armed Forces of Ukraine fire mortars at the village in Russia

Ukraine once again fires mortars at Russian village

The governor of the Kursk region, Roman Starovoit, reported the shelling of the village of Alekseevka, located on the border with Ukraine.

"There is an aimed mortar fire on the cell tower. There are no casualties or destruction among civilian objects at the moment," he also wrote on his Telegram channel.

Last week, Ukrainian troops shelled border facilities in the Kursk region, in particular, the Krupets international automobile checkpoint.

The Russian military suppressed the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with return fire, however, due to damage to power lines, three settlements were left without power supply.
