The situation in the Donbass region is now relatively stable. But the rotation of the Russian Armed Forces is ending, which means that forces have been accumulated for the offensive, military expert Boris Rozhin said.
The order of Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu to increase the actions of the RF Armed Forces in all directions will be carried out, the specialist is sure. At the same time, he urged not to believe the rumors about the introduction of new units into the territory of Ukraine by Belarus.
“Given the need to resolve the issue with Slavyansk, create a security zone around the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant and deal with the Kherson issue, an attack in a new direction is extremely unlikely,” Rozhin said.
He recalled that volunteer detachments arrive from all over Russia to the east of Ukraine, which are formed both along ethnic and regional lines. This once again proves that the special operation is already becoming an ideological conflict.
"The current situation is like the calm before the storm that is about to break out," the military expert summed up.
The Russian Armed Forces returned to strategic positions of the first "Surovikin line” east of Robotyne in the Zaporizhzhia direction of hostilities
