Russia will fight differently if it declares war on Ukraine – expert

Expert reveals what will happen in case Russia declares war on Ukraine

If Russia declares war on Ukraine, Moscow will have the right to declare mobilization, revise the budget and declare martial law in the liberated regions of the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics, said military expert Vladimir Evseev.

According to the analyst, Russia has the ability to take measures that Moscow deems necessary, including declaring war on Ukraine.

"In this case, President Vladimir Putin will have the right to announce mobilization. We are talking not necessarily about all the Russian army, because the mobilization reserve of the Russian Federation is 10 million people. It is possible to mobilize the first category until the age of 31. Industrial sector will be mobilized, the budget will be revised, martial law will be introduced in the liberated regions Ukraine, as murders continue everywhere,” Evseev said.

In this case, Russian troops will fight with completely different weapons and at a completely different pace. In places where the Armed Forces of Ukraine are deployed, full-scale strikes will be inflicted in order to stop the supply of Western weapons to the Kyiv regime and block communications,  Yevseev noted in an interview with Ukraina.ru.
