Fox News: Putin deals the last blow to Boris Johnson

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson resigned on July 7. However, before that, he received a punch from Russian President Vladimir Putin, journalist Anders Hagstrom said in an article for Fox News.

"Russian President Vladimir Putin dealt the final punch to Boris Johnson shortly before it became known that he planned to step down as British Prime Minister," Hagstrom said.

According to him, Johnson lost the last duel with Putin, which took place a few days before the announcement of his resignation.

At the end of June, the G7 summit was held in Germany, at which the British prime minister jokingly asked if the leaders of the countries needed to undress in order to look "cooler than Putin", alluding to photos of the Russian leader with a naked torso. When journalists asked Putin to comment on the situation, he called the sight of naked G7 leaders disgusting and suggested that they give up bad habits and take up sports to look better.
