Poland will not receive compensation from the UK and the US for supplying its weapons to Ukraine. This opinion was expressed by military expert Alexei Leonkov.
The expert recalled the words of Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, who announced Warsaw's plans to increase its army to 400,000 people, and also said that Poland expects to receive compensation from the European Commission for all the equipment supplied to Ukraine.
Leonkov noted in an interview with Ukraina.ru that the Poles have not yet received compensation for the supply of equipment, and therefore they demand Abrams tanks and HIMARS installations, stating that their army was actually bare and undressed. Morawiecki reminds the United States and Great Britain of this at all summits.
According to the analyst, Poland should not rely on compensation from Washington and London, since everything promised will now be only for money. Previously, there was barter for American weapons, but now the United States will not agree to this, the military expert concluded.
