The European Union has decided to provide Ukraine with financial assistance of 9 billion euros, Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said after the end of the EU summit on Friday in Brussels.
According to him, in Ukraine "there is nothing to pay nurses, teachers, policemen, border guards with".
"But these people have to live for something. Therefore, we have approved 9 billion euros in aid to Ukraine," Morawiecki said.
Russia does not deliberately attack supply lines in Ukraine that supply Western weapons. It has found a new, much more effective and less costly way to destroy it. So say the authors of the Chinese Sohu.
