Bodies of 8 people discovered at the site of avalanche in North Ossetia

According to information from the Russian Emergencies Ministry, the bodies of 8 people were discovered at the site where the ice avalanche came down in North Ossetia, a North Caucasian republic in the Russian Federation. The press-service of the Emergencies Ministry reported on Tuesday that on the previous evening fragments of the bodies of two people were discovered in the calamity zone. Seven of the eight bodies have not been identified yet.

Altogether 27 people were saved during the quest and rescue work, while 92 people are considered missing, including the film crew led by director Sergei Bodrov who were at that moment on location shooting in the calamity zone.
