12 bodies of avalanche victims discovered in North Ossetia

According to the latest data, 12 bodies of victims of the avalanche in the Karmadon gorge have been discovered, the republic's Emergencies Ministry told RIA Novosti on Saturday.

Eight bodies of the found number have been identified.

In all, 135 people are missing in the calamity zone, the latest reports say.

Over 400 people and 106 machines, including 3 helicopters, are currently involved in rescue operations.
