6 crewmen of Il-76 aircraft which crashed at airport of Kirghizia's capital were hospitalised

Six out of eleven members of the crew who were on board the Il-76 which crashed during the landing at Manas airport of the capital of Kirghizia have been hospitalised.

During the approach at Manas airport on Wednesday at 5.00 local time, the Il-76 belonging to a Russian airlines rushed outside the landing strip, crashed into the fence, broke into pieces, and caught fire.

At the moment the fire aboard the plane is continuing and is being put out by personnel of the local fire-fighting services and by the American military stationed at the base of the armed forces of the anti-terrorist coalition located at Manas.
