Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said that the legitimacy "of a number of government bodies" in Ukraine was questionable. According to Medvedev, he does not see, with whom Russia could engage in a dialogue.

Previously, the European Union and the United States recognized the resignation of Viktor Yanukovych and the appointment of Alexander Turchinov as acting president.

"Some of our foreign partners think differently. I do not know what constitution they read, but this is some aberration of consciousness, when they call  legitimate the things that are essentially a result of an armed rebellion," Medvedev said.

At the same time, the Prime Minister noted that all agreements signed with Ukraine  including in the gas sector, will be executed accordingly.
