Many Jews in Europe are concerned about the growth of anti-Semitism in the world, especially in online discussions, a survey from the European Union Agency for Fundamental Human Rights said.

The survey involved about six thousand Jews from eight EU countries. About three-quarters of respondents believe that anti-Semitism on the Internet was taking more serious forms.

According to the agency director Morten Kjaerum, the survey results suggest the existence of two forms of anti-Semitism. One of them, Kjaerum called "traditional," while the second one is rooted in the modern conflict in the Middle East.
