Norway, Sweden and Poland claim Russia stole Syrian plan from them

Office of Foreign Affairs of Norway, Sweden and Poland have accused Russia of "stealing" the plan to hand over the Syrian arsenal of chemical weapons under the control of the international community. "Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Norway and Sweden elaborated the plan that Russia presented for its own," Norwegian publications wrote with reference to Foreign Minister Espen Barth Eide.

However, in a recent interview, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said that the need to monitor Syrian chemical weapons was discussed at the meetings of the United Nations and during bilateral talks with Russia's Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and President Vladimir Putin.

It is worthy of note that on Thursday, the Nobel Committee registered the application from the head of All-Russian Foundation "Education," Sergei Komkov, in which he proposed to award the Nobel Peace Price to Vladimir Putin for his position on the Syrian issue.
