The tallest tower in China will open in Shanghai in 2014. Its height will be 632 meters. Apparently, the new tower will take the second place on the list of the tallest buildings in the world after the 829-meter skyscraper Burj Khalifa in Dubai.

The rooms inside the tower will mainly be used as offices. Also, there will probably be at least one luxury hotel, and possibly a museum. The clear spiral skyscraper will have 121 floors.

Until recently, the tallest building in China was the Shanghai World Financial Center - 492 meters. It is jokingly called the "bottle opener" because of its unusual shape.
