Russia and Vietnam intensify their military cooperation
The Russian Federation and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam are on the way to intensify their military cooperation.
During talks at the Russia-Vietnam Intergovernmental Committee for Military Technique Cooperation, representatives of both nations agreed to consolidate and develop their strategic partnership.
V.K. Dzirkaln, Deputy Director of the Russian Agency on Military Cooperation, and the Vietnamese Deputy Defence Minister, Truong Quang Khanh, discussed international security issues and common military techniques.
