In the meantime, Gaddafi's another son, Saif al-Islam, prepares to flee abroad, Rosbalt reports. A spokesperson for the National Transitional Council of Libya said that Saif al-Islam was staying in the south of the country. He can escape to Algeria or Niger, the official said.

In the meantime, over 100 people were killed in an explosion, which ripped through the fuel storage facility in Sirte, Gaddafi's native town. The reasons of the explosion have not been explained yet.
