Britney Spears' attorney mentioned that she has regained the visits of her sons.
Her lawyer, Anne Kiley announced to The Associated Press on Sunday, without elaborating, that Britney really has visitations with the children.
She was seen with the boys, Preston, 2, and, Jayden James 1, in her car on Saturday in California.
A presumed court-appointed monitor was in the passenger seat, and her sons were in the back seat.
A court commissioner told Spears on Wednesday she may not visit her two children without a parenting coach present until she complies with a court order. The ruling was the latest move in a custody battle between Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline.
Among other things, Spears was ordered to undergo random weekly drug testing.
A hearing in the matter was scheduled for Oct. 26.
A phone message left with Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, was not immediately returned Sunday.
