The hotel billionaire's other two grandkids will get USD 5million - and only if they regularly visit the grave of their dad Jay Panzirer, Helmsley's only child.

Helmsley died from heart failure aged 87 earlier this month at her home in Connecticut. Her brother Alvin Rosenthal, who was also left millions, will look after her white Maltese dog Trouble until it dies. In her will, lodged in a New York court, she orders that Trouble then be buried with her and husband Harry, who died in 1997. And she said that their mausoleum must be "washed or steam-cleaned at least once a year".

She also left her long-serving chauffeur USD 25,000, reports Glasgow Daily Record. The will also meticulously details how Helmsley and Trouble are to spend the afterlife - in an ornate mausoleum she ordered to be "washed or steam-cleaned at least once a year."

The pooch will be cared for by Rosenthal until she dies. Then, she will join her loving master, who in her later years rarely appeared in public without Trouble at her side, report Glasgow Daily Record.

"I direct that when my dog, Trouble, dies, her remains shall be buried next to my remains in the Helmsley Mausoleum," Helmsley wrote.

While Trouble scored a bone-anza, two of Helmsley's grandkids were ordered to keep their paws off the money accumulated by the woman Forbes magazine last year ranked as the world's 369th richest person, reports Cape Cod Times.
