Russian tennis players reached semi-finals on tournaments in the Netherlands and England

Russian tennis players Yelena Dementyeva and Anastasia Myskina have reached semi-finals of tennis tournaments in the Netherlands and England. At the tournament in Hertogenbosch /the Netherland/ Yelena Dementieva has defeated experienced tennis player from Bulgaria Magdalena Maleyeva in three sets /6:2, 0:6, 6:1/, and became one of the four players, who will fight for the main trophy. In the semi-finals Dementieva will meet with Tina Pisnik from Slovenia.

Another Russian tennis player Anastasia Myskina also reached semi-finals at the tournament in Eastbourne. Yesterday she defeated Anna Kremer from Luxembourg /6:2, 7:5/. In the semi-finals Myskina will meet with Slovenian Daniela Hantuchova, who defeated yesterday Amy Frazier from the USA /7:6, 7:4, 6:1/.
