Mongrel becomes a professional bus beggar

In bus number 259, which moves from Pesochny settlement to Ozerki underground station, St Petersburg, there is an unusual beggar. At day time, when there are not so many passengers in the bus, a small ugly mongrel gets in the cabin. After looking around, it chooses a passenger and seats down by his feet and starts to mournfully sigh.

As a rule, this practice fully justifies the dog’s hope, and it gets something to eat. After having a meal, the dog starts to “work on” some other potential benefactor. The beggar has an excellent intuition: everybody it touches with its nose usually has something eatable about him. According to one of the bas conductors, within a day, the dog carries out two or three raids, while it spends the night most often in Pesochny settlement.
