Saransk Mayor suspects his subordinates of black magic

Recently, several citizens of Saransk have addressed to the city hospitals, who complained about being attacked by crows. Saransk mayor Ivan Nenyukov tried to clear up the situation. He was surprised why the birds suddenly became mad, because, from his point of view, his citizens hardly could be the best food for the birds. Ivan Nenyukov gathered his subordinates. At the operative sitting, two versions were mainly discussed. According to the first, the city has become cleaner, so the birds which as well known prefer to find food in rubbish hips, have simply nothing to eat. While the second version was even more optimistic: there are all signs that soon some money will “fall” on the city. The mayor found the “forecast” encouraging, though did not show it to his subordinates, while suspecting some of them possessing black magic knowledge.
