In the city of Chelyabinsk, the leader of Main Office of Education and Science, Vladimir Sadyrin has proposed to choose the topic of school compositions, which is above the school curriculum, in a drawing of lottery, which will be carried out in local television, 15 minutes before the test. According to Vladimir Sadyrin, these measures could reduce to the minimum the cases of using cribs.
