Ted Turner reviews his position on NTV

American media tycoon Ted Turner is reviewing his position on NTV, reported The Financial Times. The newspaper has quoted the statement made by Brian Faw, Turner's representative, who said that Western investors "are very much disappointed" by a change of the NTV owner and by the fact that a group of journalists had resigned from the TV company. The newspaper has also reported that currently the new management of NTV has been conducting an audit with a view of identifying how the earnings from advertising were used. According to the Financial Times, one of the results of this audit may become selling of advertising time directly to advertisers. At the same time, NTV contracts on advertising time sales through companies under Vladimir Gusinsky's control will be canceled.
