Oleg Sapozhnikov, press-secretary to the NTV general director Boris Jordan, denies the version of some NTV journalists about the "seizure of the TV company by force". "They would like it to have been a seizure, but in reality it all proceeds quietly, with the observance of all legal formalities," said Oleg Sapozhnikov in an interview to a RIA Novosti correspondent. In his words, the NTV journalists made "a provocative attempt to disrupt TV broadcasting". Sapozhnikov noted that "at present, the TV channel has resumed its full broadcasting in keeping with the TV programmes. The NTV journalists have free access to the channel's editorial board." In Sapozhnikov's words, Saturday morning Boris Jordan has started to perform his duties as NTV general director and is now in his office at the Ostankino TV centre."
