Topless barbers: only haircuts, no sex

The owner of a topless hairdressing saloon in the state of Arkansas was fined, because topless employees of the saloon (they are considered to be a peculiarity) also provided sexual or intimate services to their clients, which is against the law.

Robert Balliette, the 37-year-old owner of the Johnson’s Tanning for Men saloon, has been found guilty of violating two laws in force in Hot Springs (the state of Arkansas).

Three topless barbers of the saloon offered sexual services to police officers who passed themselves off as clients. A Hot Springs police spokesman says that the saloon is very popular with tourists and is still open. The police sent secret agents to the saloon after numerous complaints from local population.
