African politician called upon the young people to masturbate

The head of Sembabule district council (Uganda) Derrick Mukwata delivered a speech for the local youth, having urged the young people to use masturbation as the most efficient AIDS prevention method. In his speech Mukwata stressed that masturbation was the only right way for sexual satisfaction that guaranteed the 100% protection from the HIV infection.

“Why dying of AIDS being young, when you can get pleasure with the help of masturbation, and be absolutely sure in your future?” – Mukwata said in his speech for the youth of Uganda. Mukwata stressed that the condom advertising was a dangerous trap for the young people, since condoms did not guarantee the 100% protection: “Masturbation can give you all the feelings of sexual intercourse,” – said he. He also added that the military men, the students of those schools, where there was a restricted access to the opposite sex, all used masturbation for their sexual satisfaction.

At the same time Mukwata considers masturbation as one of the kinds of the sexual perversion. He would never stand for it, but the AIDS issue makes him do so. At the end of his speech he invited the young people to attend his residence for studying this AIDS prevention method.
