ITAR-TASS news agency reported, the latest record was set by millionaire Donald Trump, who claimed the price of $58 million for an apartment in his new Trump World Tower building.

An apartment is surely fine over there: 1600 square meters, large kitchen, huge windows, and so on and so forth. But 58 million dollars??!! One can buy a castle with this money and put it in order with the money that you will get as your change. Anyway, the price of $36 thousand per square meter is way too much.
