Sex forbidden for under-age people

Swaziland’s king Msavati III has signed a decree prohibiting female citizens under age from sexual contacts. The reason is that the AIDS epidemic swept across Swaziland.

According to RIA ‘Novosti’, the decree prohibits sexual contacts with under-age girls for five years. They must wear green and yellow tassels as a decoration. Thanks to these tassels, men are supposed to avoid them, because the infringers must pay a fine in sum of about 250 dollars or of one cow as an equivalent.

However, married women who are under age are not to be punished for infringement of the decree. As a decoration, they must wear red and black tassels.
