Drinking vodka and driving a train

The Finns are known for their ability to work and to rest. When they work, they are totally sober, but when they have rest, they drink themselves into a stupor. Sometimes the rest continues during the working days, like it happened with one of the conductors of the Helsinki metro. When his train stopped at the station of Mellumyaki for technical reasons, some of the assistants smelled alcohol in the cab.

The results of the alcohol test shocked the policemen. As it turned out, the conductor was driving the train with 2.2 per mille of alcohol in the blood, which is equal to one bottle of vodka. The conductor is now doomed in addition to being fired) to either imprisonment, or a large fine. The guy could not cause any damage to the passengers though, since all the actions of the trains of the Finnish metro are controlled by the automatic systems.
