British policeman urinated on the walls of the Lithuanian president’s palace and was fined

The city court of Vilnius (the capital of Lithuania) fined an English policeman today who had pissed on a wall of the president’s palace, which is directly in the center of the capital of Lithuania. The court found the 49-year-old officer from Cleveland, Great Britain, Kevin William Pitt, guilty of the violation of the public order and of the obscene public actions, fining him the sum of 200 lits ($50).

The policeman’s crime was recored by cameras. Kevin Pitt did not agree with the court’s decision and is going to appeal. Kevin Pitt and his pal were detained by the security of the palace on February 6, not far from the doors of the president’s waiting room. Pitt had managed to relieve himself already, while his pal was getting ready to piss on the wall himself.
