Russian President Sets Up New Internet Site

Specialists from the presidential press service, Federal Agency for Government Communication and Information, Internet company Ayaksi have begun to create a new site of the Russian president. The Kremlin administration and Ayaksi have signed a contract for "doing work to create a new Internet mission of the Russian president", said sources in the Kremlin. On results of a contest of projects for a presidential Internet site a working group was established, made up of competitors in the finals. The group was to analyse all ideas, proposals and projects, select the best and come up with a single concept for the future Vladimir Putin site. "The proposed project takes in account not only the ideas of finalists in this contest but also suggestions by its participants, as well as proposals sent by email to the jury', said the working group. The Internet company Ayaksi, based in Moscow, has been chosen to set up the site. Creators of the Vladimir Putin Internet mission promise that the site will be protected from "organized hacker attacks". The new Vladimir Putin Internet mission will open in the end of this - start of next year, said the working group.
