Yevgeny Kafelnikov Becomes Five-time Kremlin Cup Winner

Yevgeny Kafelnikov became five-time Kremlin Cup winner beating German Nicholas Kiefer 6-4, 7-5 in two sets, RIA Novosti correspondent reports from the Olimpiisky sports complex. Yugoslav Jelena Dokic became champion in women's singles beating Russian Yelena Dementyeva, Vice-Champion of the Sidney Olimpic Games, in two sets 6-3, 6-3. Dokic received the most of 2,185,000-dollar prize fund - $175,000. Yevgeny Kafelnikov won $137,000 and Yelena Dementyeva, second place, earned $94,000.
