Triton Deep-water Vehicle Delivered To Tu-154 Aircrash Site In Black Sea

The Academician Golitsyn ship has delivered a Triton deep-water vehicle to the TU-154 crash site in the Black Sea. A spokesman for Russia's Emergencies Ministry told RIA Novosti that the Triton is owned by a foreign company (whose name he would not identify) and can operate very deeply under the water surface. The company furnished the Triton free of charge to help conduct the current search-and-rescue operations at the site of the accident, he said.
