Deputy Prime Minister Ilya Klebanov, who chairs the government commission probing into the causes of the Kursk nuclear submarine disaster, is heading for Severomorsk late on Tuesday. He is expected to travel on Wednesday to the shipyard in the northern port of Roslyakovo, where the nuclear sub has been dry docked after being raised from the Barents seabed. Also on Wednesday, the deputy premier is to hold a joint news conference with Prosecutor General Vladimir Ustinov in Severomorsk.
