The Minister for Internal Affairs (MIF) of the Russian Federation Boris Gryzlov has met with the UN High Commissioner for Refugees Ruud Lubbers and discussed the migration policy issues Russian MIF deals with. The issues of cooperation in line with the humanitarian actions and social aid programs for Chechenian refugees have also been discussed, according to the MIF press service's report. During his visit to Russia, Lubbers has also been to the Ingushetian refugee camps.
