Press Minister To Report On Freedom Of Speech In Russia

The State Duma has invited Press Minister Mikhail Lesin to deliver a speech at a meeting of the Lower House of parliament on February 6. He was asked to report on the state information policy and the freedom of speech observance in Russia. This invitation was initiated by deputy Viktor Pokhmelkin of the Union of Right Forces.
