Penniless beggar receives Christmas fortune - 24 December, 2001 - News

Stefan spent the last three years begging on the streets of Brussels, his only companions being Erik, a fellow drug addict and Skubidu and Basu, two dogs.

However, on Wednesday, Stefan’s luck was to change. He was informed that he had inherited a fortune of 12 million USD from his father, who had died last year. Fortunately, most of the money is tied up in assets, so it will not be possible to fritter it away on drugs.

For Stefan, future Christmases off the streets smile upon him, if he can beat the drugs and turn his life around. Good luck to him and all those like him, without a home or family this Christmas.

Good luck also to all the readers of Pravda.Ru this Christmas and New Year.
