Moscow Arbitration Court Dismisses Insolvency Case Against Ntv Television

The Moscow Arbitration Court on Tuesday dismissed an insolvency case against NTV Television following the withdrawal of the claim by the declarant, the company's press-service said. The court failed to find any evidence of insolvency since the company had settled all its outstanding debts. The award granted by the arbitration court signifies that the major private television company is no longer threatened with bankruptcy, its press-service noted.
