Italian drops dead in his own grave

In Lascari, Sicily, Giovanni Greco went to visit his own grave. It proved to be his end.

Visiting the site where his tomb was being made in the little cemetery in his village, Giovanni Greco climbed up on a wall to get a better look. He slipped, struck his head on a marble step, and died, as he did so, rolling over into his own grave.
