Interior Ministry and Moscow government to buy Kaliningrad's KIA cars

The Russian Interior Ministry and the Moscow government are interested inbuying KIA cars produced by the Avtotor car producer (Kaliningrad), Avtotorgeneral director Valery Gorbunov reported at a press conference within theMoscow International Motor Show 2002 today.
