Russian model, winner of Vice Miss Dubai 2019, arrested in Moscow for drug possession

34-year-old model Kristina Dukhina, CEO of a modeling agency, the winner of Vice Miss Dubai 2019 title, was detained in Moscow, Baza Telegram channel says.

According to the publication, the police detained the model with five packets of mephedrone near her apartment in Moscow City. The police searched the woman's apartment and found 12 more packages of the drug with a total weight of 500 grams. This is a serious quantity and a serious crime. 

A criminal case was filed against Dukhina, she was accused of intentions to sell the narcotics. The model may face up to 20 years in prison.

In 2019, Dukhina became a finalist of the prestigious Miss Dubai international beauty pageant. She once said in an interview that she took part in beauty contests to show everyone that one only needs to follow their dreams and they will come true.
