6-year-old Emilia Garmin, who has been kidnapped in Russia, with live with her mother in the USA. This was disclosed on Tuesday to a RIA Novosti correspondent by Emilia's grandmother Natalia Somova. According to her, yesterday the Court of Napoleon (State of Ohio) decided, that the girl will stay with her mother, but her father, American businessman Patrick Garmin, retains the right to see his daughter.
Her father was permitted to see his daughter unaccompanied by representatives of social security bodies and to take her home on holidays once in two weeks, Somova stressed. According to her, the Russian court has not yet sent accusations of kidnapping to the US court, therefore, no legal proceedings are instituted against the girl's father.
The girl's mother and grandmother are not satisfied with the court's decision, because in their opinion Emily's father treats her "inadequately and cruelly."
