Vanity Fair Opens in Moscow

The second international exhibition "Business Souvenirs and Presents" opened in Moscow this week, where people have the opportunity not only to see nice souvenirs, but even buy some as well.

Organizers of the exhibition say that this is the largest exposition of its kind not only for Russia, but for all East European countries as well. Onehundred fifty eight companies exhibited products to please the vanity of any boss. Although the slogan Image is Nothing! has become really very popular, the exposition is designed to create this very image. Companies from different parts of Russia exhibited lots of office accessories, calendars, T-shirts, watches, trinkets, and ash-trays for ordinary office workers, as well as exclusive accessories for top officials.

In addition to traditional silver horse figures, mahogany desk sets and organizers with leather covers, which are usually given to bosses as presents, the exhibition presents rather extraordinary presents, which can greatly please bosses. For example, these can be an anti-stress mini punching bag, which will help the boss relax and not direct his anger at his subordinates, or a portable thermo-container to hold a couple of sandwiches and drinks for the boss. You can also find an unusual fork with a built-in Celsius thermometer, which can measure the temperature your meals. A speaking photo album will remind your boss about corporate parties. We should also mention that prices are reasonable for for such unusual presents.

Moscow municipal authorities have already visited the exhibition. Anatoly Kochetkov from the Moscow Consumer Services Department liked an unusual tie with the portrait of a boss on it very much.
