Moscow Terrorists Haven't Released Foreign Hostages

Sergei Ignatchenko, an official representative of the team overseeing the hostage crisis in Moscow, announced this morning that the terrorists had promised to release foreign hostages at 11.00 Moscow Time. However, no release has yet taken place.

An provisional agreement had earlier been reached to release foreign hostages being held in the building at around 9.00 Moscow Time. Consular representatives of all the countries whose citizens are being held by the terrorists arrived at the building by 9.00. The Belarussian, Azerbaijani, Austrian, Greek, German and US ambassadors are all currently at the headquarters of the crisis team.
